The NoviMed Hearing App is compatible with NoviMed Hearing over the counter hearing aids that use Bluetooth® technology to let you control your devices, customize their sound, and stream phone calls, music, and other media directly to your hearing aids when paired with your smartphone. NoviMed Hearing App features: Two easy to use App screens provide a lot of flexibility to adjust the sound to your environment and personal preference. Main Screen • Select from 4 audio programs that are tailored for different listening environments: Home, Restaurant, Outside, or Music • Adjust the volume for each ear individually or together with dual or single volume controls Sound Options Screen • Personalize each audio program’s treble, midrange and bass with Brightness, Presence, and Fullness • Increase amplification for only softer sounds with Whisper Boost • Decrease the level of background noise with Noise Reduction A short, easy-to-follow onboarding tutorial will get you started and help you learn about the features, pair your hearing devices to your phone, and connect them to the App. If you need any help, call the number provided in the App, quick start guide, or user manual and NoviMed Hearing customer support will be happy to assist you. Mobile app is not required to use the hearing aids.
