From the Norwegian Armed Forces Rapp, you can report undesirable incidents that occur during the performance of work. Examples of this can be accidents with damage to personnel, equipment and the environment, approaches to accidents, illness that has its cause at work, deviations (breaches of civil and military regulations) and suggestions for improvement that can reduce the risk of accidents and adverse events. The information you register must be ungraded. The Armed Forces Rapp is only for personnel in the service of the Armed Forces. The app is not intended to replace internal defense rules for reporting, but serves as a supplement, and is only for reporting ungraded information. Reporting of security breaches shall not be reported from the app, but to the local security organization in line with the Armed Forces' security department's regulations.
