With Agave Health, members unlock their potential while practicing self-compassion, empowerment, and skills development. By matching each member with a certified ADHD coach, which members can meet with (virtually) and text in-between meetings, members learn to use their unique traits to thrive rather than be constrained by them. Having a formal ADHD diagnosis is not necessary in order to benefit from Agave. If you are simply struggling with executive function challenges, Agave is for you. As a member, you get access to: Weekly 30-min video visits with your ADHD coach Unlimited messaging with your coach in-between video calls In-app ADHD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs built by psychologists specialized in ADHD With your coach, you’ll experiment with strategies to implement a routine fit specifically for you. Agave’s clinical advisory team has taught, developed, and implemented these methods at Duke University, NYU, and Colombia University.
