MyGreenPath offers clients the convenience of viewing DMP activity, a secure message center, chatting to make program changes and much more through this application! Once you have activated your MyGreenPath account on the web, you can log into our ad-free mobile app to access many features about your Debt Management Program (DMP) including: -Check the status of your DMP: See months completed and money paid toward your creditors. -View a list of creditors and activity on your DMP: Click to view details such as your balance, proposal status and payments GreenPath has made on your behalf. - See your next deposit to GreenPath: This is prominently displayed on the Dashboard so you know when funds are due. -Chat with a representative to make changes in your account: Easily reach out to a GreenPath representative in English or Spanish to ask questions or make changes to your account. -Send secure messages through the Message Center: Use the Communication section in the menu to send a message to GreenPath staff. - Upload your documents: You may snap a picture of a document and upload it directly from your mobile device through the Documents menu or through Message Center. -Notifications for Action Items and Messages: Be sure to turn notifications on so you can receive an alert when there is a new action or secure message about your GreenPath account. -Mile Markers allow you to track milestones on your DMP: My Mile Markers celebrate all of your hard work. Each mile marker is an accomplishment in your DMP – celebrate your success! -Update your Account Information: Manage your contact information directly in the My Account section. -Forgot your username, password or PIN to log in?
