LocaToWeb is a reliable GPS tracker for your phone. Both private and public tracks can be shared on social media, sent via messenger, email, SMS etc. Tracks are only identified using a track title and an alias (a name that you choose for every track), which means you can be as anonymous as you like. Registration for an account is recommended but not required, you can install and track without any signup. Your email address (if registered) is never visible to anyone. The app comes with several map types, including satellite and topographic which makes it great for navigation. Waypoints can be added and displayed on the map (GPX) if you want to pre-load a route. It’s also possible to load other tracks into your own map while tracking. Photos taken in the app will show on the map and can be viewed by others. Messages can be sent and received when the track is running. When using the app to view other tracks you can pin your own position and see where you are relative to the track you are viewing.
