So würden wir den Mamy zubereiten Der Mamy Espresso benötigt einen relativ feinen Mahlgrad. Wenn ihr z.B. unseren Apas Espresso gewohnt seid, ist für den Mamy eine deutlich feinere Mahlgradeinstellung an eurer Mühle notwendig.  Warum schmeckt der Mamy so, wie er schmeckt? Der Kaffee ist sehr säurearm - einerseits, weil es ein 100%-Robusta Kaffee ist, andererseits, weil er auf etwa 600m.ü.M. angebaut wurde. Die sehr saubere Toffee-Note und die fast milden, klassischen Aromen von gerösteten Nüssen sowie etwas Holz kommen von der Varietät selbst, aber nur deswegen, weil der Kaffee außerordentlich präzise aussortiert wurde.
