The Type B is the 'heavy lifter' - with a thicker neck strap than the Type A (1" wide instead of 1/2") and bigger snap hooks designed to carry the weight of your medium format film or digital camera. It can be supplied with the standard split rings for heavier 35mm/digital cameras or with Hasselblad or Rolleiflex clips.  And we can also supply loop ended Leica SL type straps. STOP PRESS - we are now supplying this strap with double-riveted camera clip ends. The single rivets on our other straps will easily carry the weight of pretty much any hand-held cameras but we have decided to add another rivet just to reassure all! See last picture for this double-rivet detail. And check out our shoulder pad also listed here on The Strapateer site. Like the A strap, there is enough leather in the strap for it to be adjusted to be carried across the body as well as around the neck. Across the body is ideal when the camera has to be carried for long periods - or where there is a chance of the camera being swiped from your shoulder. Please make sure you select which camera you want clips for - 35mm / Hasselblad / Rolleiflex.
