Getting to Work Helping individuals with disabilities prepare for, find, and succeed in competitive employment.Getting to Work is a CARF-accredited supported employment program that helps people with disabilities enter or re-enter the workforce. Through personalized services and on-the-job supports, participants build skills, gain experience, and achieve meaningful, paid employment.
