Main features and functionalities of this app: - Creating medical incident reports on mobile app. - Monitoring, analyzing, tracking status of incident reports, to meet the requirements of Circular 43/2018/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam. - Incident report data aggregation and reporting.
