Lifestyle Reactivation (Elderly): Smart Health Care App is one of the development items under the “Lifestyle Reactivation Project” initiated by ELCSS-HK and funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust since 2018. This Project combines technologies, input from healthcare professionals, and the participation of elderly caregivers to re-engineer the lifestyle of elderly. Through the use of "Lifestyle Reactivation (Elderly): Smart Health Care App", elders can access different types of healthy activities, such as tele-rehabilitation training, tele-health services, online activities, health & entertainment videos, and smart schedules, allowing them to regain vitality and confident.
