To declare the game you need one more Dublee cards. If you had previously shown three sets, you now have 12 cards on hand. You have to arrange the cards into three Sets. You can use the joker (Maal) cards to make the Sets. The rule that explains which cards are marked as jokers is quite different in this rummy variant.
