If you do not have an account, follow these simple steps to get started: 1. Create an account on bcferries.com. 2. An account activation link will be sent to your email. Open the link within the email and log in on bcferries.com to complete activation. 3. Close the window on your mobile browser. 4. Open the app and enter your new login details. To deactivate your BC Ferries account, email key.accounts@bcferries.com and request to deactivate your account.
