Lifestyle analysis: With the myHealth-App you can analyze your lifestyle. Answer questions about your health behavior and determine your lifestyle score. Evaluations and recommendations: You receive information, evaluations and recommendations on the lifestyle areas physical activity, strength, inactivity, nutrition, well-being, stress, sleep and smoking. Goals and tips: Build healthy habits by setting and following goals based on individual recommendations. Orientate yourself on tips suitable for everyday life. Stick to your goals and earn up to four badges. Offers for lifestyle improvement: Get active and improve your lifestyle with the myHealth-App. Use a wide selection of workouts, trainings, meditations and recipes. Competitions: Take part in group competitions organized by your employer. Try to win first place together with colleagues. Steps: You can automatically transfer your steps from Google Fit, Fitbit or Garmin to the myHealth-App. With Google Fit you can use your smartphone as a pedometer. Weekly tasks and rewards: Complete weekly tasks to earn points and tokens. You can redeem the tokens for various rewards. Health information and service: In the myHealth-App you can also find short articles and quizzes on health and lifestyle as well as various service information with health-related content.
