Steps: You can automatically transfer your steps from Google Fit, Fitbit or Garmin into the Hanako app. With Google Fit you can use your smartphone as a pedometer. Weekly tasks and rewards: Complete weekly tasks to earn points and tokens. You can redeem the tokens for various rewards. Health information and service: In the Hanako app you will also find short articles and quizzes on health topics as well as various service information with health-related content.
