All charts are subsidized by the NZ Navy in the form of survey ships and thus the costs involved are terrific compared to the chart cost. To this extent we continue to support the suggestion of always having a local chart of your area in addition to any other electronic form of navigation - besides they make neat wall posters framed or otherwise.  While we stock every NZ chart, in folded format in a plastic resealable bag, we can, given time (please allow 11 to 13 working days) get a separate shipment of rolled charts (with no folds in them) suitable for framing or plasticizing. (Yes we can get them plasticized for you also) the option is listed.
