Shipping and Delivery All orders are shipped using our shipping agent of choice, The Courier Guy. Orders will be delivered within the time frame advertised during checkout as per your chosen shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). You will be responsible for arranging the shipping from your end(s). Courier Damage Should your parcel show any signs of tampering or courier damage, please ensure you document this on the Waybill when you sign to receive your delivery. Unfortunately refunds or credits will not be granted for tampering or courier damage if you have not indicated this on the waybill when signing in acceptance of the parcel. Exchanges Exchanges will only be made for damaged or defective products. Proof of damage needs to be established and the item will need to be returned to MAS for inspection
