This series is born out of a deep conviction that our world is crying out for belonging, healing, and hope. In an era defined by political polarization, social disconnection, and fear of “the other,” the Gospel of Jesus Christ speaks powerfully into this moment. God’s radical hospitality shows us that no one is beyond the reach of His grace and that His love transcends the barriers we so often create. The word in the Greek for hospitality is philoxenia, which means, love for strangers. I believe God is calling the church to love like never before! Through this series, we aim to show how the Gospel not only calls us into relationship with God but also into community with one another. Each week, we’ll explore how God welcomes us—broken, burdened, or searching—and how we are called to extend that same grace to a hurting world. This isn’t just a message of comfort; it’s a call to action. As a church, we have a unique opportunity to be a refuge for the vulnerable, a light for the lonely, and a bridge in a divided culture. Together, let’s reimagine what it means to embody God’s welcome and create spaces where all can encounter His love.
