BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY, INC., dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
