The Project Designer is responsible for contributions to drawing sets including Schematic Designs, Working Drawing Sets and materials specifications with guidance from the senior associate. The Designer coordinates project design, develops creative-design concepts for projects, and prepares presentation and design drawings. Works independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts. Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects. On a daily basis you may be required to interact with the various trades and vendors associated with a project. This may include contractors, product suppliers, property managers and owners, engineers and consultants to list a few. Other duties may include field surveys and existing conditions drawings, details and design studies, product critiques and finish selection.
