I got to the point where for my comfort I needed the high arch models, which they recently discontinued. It was a life saver to find these high arch inserts on Michelangelo's site. Current employment requires closed toed shoes, but when I put these high arch inserts in, it's reminiscent of walking in my birkenstocks and my arch gets the support it needs.
