This design is an updated replacement for our Bebe Dress, which is now out of print.<br /> <br />Design options include a short gathered cap sleeve, elbow length sleeve, or three-quarter length sleeve with a ruffle contrast. The skirt can be finished with a wide or narrow ruffle, bias hemband, or a wide contrasting band. There is also an option to add a contrasting ruffle or bias trim between the bodice and skirt.<br /> <br />This design is perfect for border prints and dreamy in rayon as well as a collection of your current favorites.
