The Sterilope Satchel is a sterilisation-grade, gusseted paper satchel designed for packaging and sterilisation of medical instruments and supplies. It is part of the Guardian / Sterilope line of autoclave bags, widely used for steam, ETO-gas, or gamma sterilisation. The Sterilope Satchel is intended for packaging medical and surgical instruments for sterilisation and storage, especially in hospital CSSD, clinics, laboratories, and other environments requiring aseptic presentation. The gusseted bag allows for bulky or irregular instrument sets. After sealing and sterilisation, the satchels maintain a sterile barrier until point-of-use, protecting instruments from contamination and ensuring sterility integrity.
