metrisches STI-Feingewinde zur Aufnahme von V-COIL Gewindeeinsätzen Ein Gewinde-Grenzlehrdorn ist eine Kombination aus Gutlehrdorn und Ausschusslehrdorn. Die Ausschussseite des Gewindelehrdorns ist mit einem roten Ring gekennzeichnet. Die Gut-Seite des Gewindelehrdorns muss sich von Hand (ohne besonderen Kraftaufwand) in das geschnittene Gewinde eines Werkstücks einschrauben lassen. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, entspricht das Gewinde nicht den gewünschten Ansprüchen (=Ausschuss). Die Ausschuss-Seite des Gewindelehrdorns darf sich von Hand (ohne besonderen Kraftaufwand) maximal zwei Umdrehungen in das geschnittene Gewinde einschrauben lassen. Sollte es sich weiter einschrauben lassen, entspricht das Gewinde nicht den gewünschten Ansprüchen (=Ausschuss). Für die Werkstücke und Lehren gilt eine Bezugstemperatur von 20° Celsius. Als Hersteller erstellt VÖLKEL Ihnen auf Wunsch einen Werkskalibrierschein (Preis auf Anfrage). In einem von der VÖLKEL Fertigung unabhängigen Messlabor erfolgt die Kalibrierung nach den für den jeweiligen Prüfling festgelegten Vorgaben und Normen (DIN, ISO, ANSI). Die Kalibrierung erfolgt auf IAC-Gewindescannern.
