I use a 4"-6" fillet knife for all of my trout and panfish cleaning chores. The 6" Pro Fillet looks like it will excel for these smaller fish. If it had been available in a 4" I would have ordered that one. Love that it has a well-designed Kydex sheath. The handle ergos are superb.
