I’ve spent most of my life helping people. I’ve run a youth leadership program that’s taught tens of thousands of kids how to be confident, how to lead with love, and how to believe they can change the world. I’ve trained millions of leaders to lead with their hearts and invest in their people. And through it all, my biggest driver has always been simple: help and serve others. One day, when my time on earth is up, I believe I’ll meet Jesus. And when I do, my hope is that He’ll look at me and say, “Well done, my faithful servant.” I think we’ll sit together and look back on my life—the good stuff, the intention behind it all, the impact. Maybe He’ll even tell me a few stories about how I touched lives I didn’t even know about. It will be a beautiful moment. However, I also expect a “You did great… but” moment.
