MyCHOP is the online patient health portal for patients and families of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Schedule appointments with your child’s pediatrician, or schedule in-person or video visits with a growing list of pediatric specialists. You can also access a current list of your child’s medications, immunizations, allergies, physician-released test results, growth charts, as well as a health summary and your account billing summary.
