SleepRec allows you to record the sounds that are emitted during the night while you are sleeping. It is possible to listen to the recordings of the previous days, in order to also check the intensity of the recorded sound. In the statistics menu, by choosing a date you can view a graph that indicates the maximum level of recorded decibels (also with the appropriate description at the top of the vertical bar), during a certain time (specific description at the bottom of the vertical bar) There is also the possibility, from a smartwatch, to add the factors (drinking water, eating, physical activity, working hours) that can affect sleep and then view them from the app.
