Instructions:
In the "Name" field, enter the user's name
Input "Date Time", you can press the "Now" button to automatically set to the current time
Enter blood pressure and heart rate values
Values can be entered directly, or simply press the "+" "-" sign to change
Press "Save", Done
Pressing "List" will list previous records
When the selected date is the current day, the records fourteen days ago will be displayed
When the selected date is not the current day, all records from the selected date to the current day will be displayed
