Through research-based algorithm, it shows your HRV, stress level, blood pressure, SpO2, ECG and cardiovascular condition. • Sleep Monitor Record detailed daily sleep status including deep sleep, light sleep, and sleeping heart rate, Spo2 etc. • Activity Tracking 24-hour tracking of your steps, distance, calories-burnt, active-time, and reached daily-goal. • Data Statistics Display historical trend of your health data by day, week, month, and year in vivid statistic graphs. If you are using an Apple phone, in order to calculate the training consumption, we will receive and send your sports data from Apple's HealthKit with your authorization. To simplify your input process, we read your weight data from HealthKit. At the same time, the training data generated by your JCRing will be synchronized with Apple's HealthKit.
