In this case, you can generate a QR code in the online banking system and scan it using the app. When approving transactions using QR codes you will be sent a TAN (transaction authentication number) in the app, which you can use to approve the transaction in the online banking system. Security takes pride of place with the SecureMessaging app. It is regularly reviewed by external security experts and its developers are CSSLP-certified (CSSLP stands for “Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional”). The development process is required to meet strict standards and is ISAE 3402 audited. All communication between the app and M.M. Warburg Bank’s online banking system is encrypted.
