All the recipes are vegan or have a vegan option, and we're constantly adding new ones! The app is available in both English and Spanish and covers topics like fermentation and pickling techniques, hygiene and cleanliness, problem solving, recommended tools, and more. Our lesson index includes an introduction to the course, a breakdown of fermentation and pickling techniques, and a fermentation decalog. We have big plans for the future of FermentApp!
