With our weekday and weekend challenges, you can start personal step challenges at any time or join your colleagues to motivate each other to move more throughout the day. To ensure accurate tracking and fair comparisons, the app reads your daily step count directly from Health Connect. These step values are essential for generating challenge results, progress tracking and rankings. • Profile: In your profile, you can see your previous training progress and an overview of the units you have completed so far.
