And our secure app is the perfect way to manage your account, whether you’re on the go or relaxing on the sofa. Speedy login stuff - Log in quickly and securely with your fingerprint or a 3-character combination from your memorable information. Account management stuff - View your balance summary - Check recent transactions and pending transaction details - Download official statements - Make a debit card payment - Request a credit limit increase - Request a balance or money transfer - Activate your card. Security stuff - Report your card lost or stolen - Order replacement cards - Reset your password - Update your contact details - Call us safely from the app – we’ll already know it’s you, so we can quickly connect you without the usual security checks. Getting started It’s quick and easy - just register your device and you’re good to go. For this you’ll need: - An MBNA credit card - An up-to-date phone number registered with us - Your username and password (you can create these in the app if you’re new to MBNA). Criminals may try to trick you into giving them sensitive personal or account information. We'll never contact you to ask for these details. Any emails from us will always greet you personally using your title, surname and the last four digits of your account number. Any text messages we send you will come from MBNA.
