It allows the turret to be much closer to the factory zero location on the scope to easily identify your windage location. The turret and numbers are larger which allows the clicks to be further apart making it easier to identify which specific mil line you are on. The DI Precision competition wind dial will be provided with a 3/32 allen wrench. Sighting along the scope at the windage it is very clear with larger numbers, easy to see what you dialed. The installation was easy as well and the dial also comes with the an Allen key to remove the old dial and install the new one.
