Living area has a 40 inch flat screen tv with fireplace underneath that works great. Queen size Pull out couch (leather is peeling off) but there is a cover over it. Love seat is not the original love seat but was purchased last year due to old one peeling. (Couch and love seat work as they should) Kitchen table folds down into a twin size bed but table does have some peeling (see pictures). There is one small place on floor by couch where the slide tore the floor, since then slide out has been adjusted and rubber has been replaced. All floor is solid with no soft spots.
