The duck is carefully marinated with aromatic spices and seasonings, then expertly cooked to achieve a sublime texture that balances juiciness and crunch. Our Crispy Duck is specially crafted for your convenience, while maintaining the deliciousness of authentic Chinese cuisine. It has been perfectly steamed and then frozen, so you can enjoy a restaurant-quality dish in the comfort of your home.  How to Cook: 1. Defrost the Duck: Remove the crispy duck from the freezer and let it defrost thoroughly. For best results, allow it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or leave it at room temperature for a few hours until completely defrosted. 2. Deep Frying: Once defrosted, heat enough oil in a deep pan or deep fryer to fully submerge the duck. When the oil reaches approximately 180°C (350°F), carefully lower the duck into the oil.
