The Taconic Parkway is the scenic route to get to the Hudson Valley.  It has been praised for the beauty of not only the surrounding landscape and views it offers, but the way the road itself integrates with and presents them.  The entire parkway was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.  We decided to name our latest coffee, which is a post blend (of 6 different coffees that mix medium and dark beans after they are roasted), as a nod to this magical parkway.   The flavor profile is bright, sweet, nutty and earthy.  We brew it many ways and can be served hot or cold.  We think it's a beautiful integration of nature just like the Taconic Parkway.
