These are identical to Kalita 185 filter papers. We have been struggling to find an affordable option for filter papers, which have become pretty darn expensive — particularly in the UK post-Brexit. We decided to order directly from a company in China that produces high-quality paper goods. After testing several samples, we found the ones made with Japanese wood pulp are a great like-for-like swap with leading brands ... in fact, several well-known brands use this same factory for their own filter papers. These filter papers come in a thin plastic wrapper and are free from branding. They come in a pack of 50 and we're selling them for £3.50. We're fairly certain it's the cheapest anyone is selling an equivalent product.
