The VixxoLink Mobile App for Technicians streamlines: • Job site check-in, using location data to allow for one-touch time ins • Searching and reviewing Service Requests • Documenting work performed, including adding photos • Searching for and selecting assets, parts used, and actions taken on the job • Capturing job resolution details and customer sign-off • Offline support Upon installation, please ensure the VixxoLink Mobile app is granted Location permissions to ensure timing in through the mobile app is enabled. *** Access to the VixxoLink mobile app is managed by your Service Provider back office.
