The app is great for both gym and at home workout, because the list of exercises is created by you. Instead of hundreds of preset workout programs (invented by nobody knows who), you form your own database - leave only what is important for you personally. ‣ Create any exercise: from yoga to strength training. ‣ Customize them: workout with dumbbells, barbells or with your own weight. ‣ Log your results in a few clicks. ‣ Keep track of your progress: stay toned, gain or lose weight. Together with other users who regularly write great reviews, we strive to keep the app simple. As a result, as many superfluous elements as possible have been eliminated from the app, but functionality has been retained. However, if you do miss something, you can always contact me directly from the app and I will try to implement your ideas. The only limitation of the free version is the maximum amount of 8 workouts. You can ignore this limit by deleting old workouts, or remove the restriction completely with a premium subscription at a reasonable price.
