The HomeStretch mobile app is a platform that enables on demand, deliverable manual therapy, body stretching or Physical Therapy directly to the client in their home or a local location of their choice. HomeStretch creates a way for an individual Physical Therapist to have access to an unlimited number of potential clients who may be seeking out services that he or she may provide at a cash based rate. This model eliminates the need for an office or physical location, eliminates the dependence on insurance companies and doctors referrals, and allows the therapist to create their own business and schedule that best fits them. The client no longer has to wait to get a doctor appointment or wait to get approval from medical insurance and they get to choose what service they want while never having to leave the comfort of their own home, the sports field, the office or whatever location suits them. The HomeStretch App onboards Licensed Physical Therapist and verifies their credentials including personal professional liability insurance and criminal background checks. Once verified the app provides a platform for each PT to create and sell their services, set calendar availability, market themselves and ultimately provide and manage both virtual and deliverable skilled PT services to clients. The app uses Stripe as payment processor and payments can be directly deposited from the app to the individual provider’s Stripe account. Now an individual PT can essentially be their own business entrepreneur without the traditional overhead costs and restrictions of a traditional brick and mortar clinic. Simultaneously, the mobile app allows clients to search for providers based on their GPS location, scroll through the populated list of providers, view profiles and services and book a provider to come to their location through a calendar. Clients are able to create a profile, upload and store pertinent medical information, drivers license photo, payment info and access in app text chat with booked providers. Once a service is completed the client is able to leave a review and rate each therapist.
