Making decisions based on our values allows us to live lives with more meaning and purpose. This evidence-based activity is proven to change your mood and improve your outlook. All it requires is your careful attention and honest responses. We highly recommend doing this activity as a family or with a spouse or partner. We also recommend doing it at least once a year to see what has changed for you. This is especially true if you are a teenager or a young adult.
