Stick to your goals and earn up to four badges. Steps: You can automatically transfer your steps from Google Fit, Fitbit or Garmin to the myHealth-App. With Google Fit you can use your smartphone as a pedometer. Weekly tasks and rewards: Complete weekly tasks to earn points and tokens. You can redeem the tokens for various rewards. Health information and service: In the myHealth-App you can also find short articles and quizzes on health and lifestyle as well as various service information with health-related content.
