Leave the app running to keep the sound playing 🎧 Default sound When the app starts, Binaural Forge begins with a comfortable default pair: 250 Hz / 255 Hz This combination produces a gentle binaural beat in the Theta brainwave range (4 – 7.5 Hz), often linked to drowsiness, meditation and light sleep. 🎛️ Main audio controls At the center of the screen are four pairs of frequency knobs used to control the sound. Each row adjusts the left and right frequencies with different levels of precision: • 1 Hz steps • 10 Hz steps • 25 Hz steps • 50 Hz steps Frequencies can range from 0 Hz (silence) up to 22,000 Hz. Values can be adjusted with high precision, allowing detailed sound exploration. Swipe right or up to increase the frequency.
