Roadside assistance, how it works: Once the service is activated, if you happen to be left stranded with the battery completely out of power, just call the dedicated number and indicate the point where the car is stopped, nationwide. A vehicle will be sent to tow your car to the nearest charging station or, alternatively, to charge it on the spot and allow you to reach the nearest charging station.
