We make that process easy by allowing you to set your goal weight, and we'll let you know your overall progress of reaching the weight. BMI: Accessing your BMI can really enlighten you to a particular category of where you stand in regards to your current weight. We offer this feature as a part of our premium upgrade. Notes: If you would like to add notes to a particular weight day for you to remember anything related to that particular day that you weighed in, we'll allow you to do this.
