 【What this app can do】 

- Designing your training menu Get a personalized training menu from the app based on your preferences. In addition, you can adjust the menu however you like, whenever you want afterwards. - Saving templates from previous menu designs 
The app saves previous menus as templates, so you can always go back to them later and make new menus with them. 

- Calendar The app’s calendar shows you exactly when you have done training.

- Body records The app records your weight, body fat percentage, and calorie intake. You may also add to the app anything else you might want to keep track of. - Graphs The app turns your training records into graphs. The app allows you two view two graphs at once. With the graphs, you may, for instance, compare how your body has changed against the kinds of training you have done. 

- Memos You can write your own memos to record your training, the kind of food you eat, sleep patterns, physical conditions, etc.
