Created in partnership with the Vancouver Police Department Citizens’ Crime Watch, the Stolen Plates App is designed to search a distributed list of stolen and special attention license plates. Funding provided by the Vancouver Police Foundation. note: The list of license plates is not publicly accessible and must be obtained through an authorized law-enforcement coordinator (refer to manual for the file format).
