The app provides detailed daily sleep graphs and sleep metrics derived from accurately and continuously monitoring the sleeper’s respiration rate, heart rate, and movements throughout the night. The AI Sleep Coach delivers personalized tips and insights to help you improve your sleep every night. AI SLEEP COACH The AI Sleep Coach, powered by the Sleeptracker-AI® Artificial Intelligence Engine, provides effective, easy-to-implement, personal sleep tips based on a comprehensive analysis of individual sleep patterns.
