Phasing in avoids sudden changes to your diet and dampens your feelings of hunger. 3) Track your calories Track your calories by scanning barcodes, searching our 3.8 million item food database or using the Quick Track tool. The app automatically switches between Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. 4) Smart Calorie Adjustments Don't worry about being 100% accurate. Gym Geek uses Smart Calorie Adjustments to update your calorie goal as you lose or gain weight.
